    CUT THE LEATHER & MAKE SOFA COVER

    2.  We will cut the leather material according to the master’s template, and use the leather material as much as possible. Then stitch the tailored modular leather as shown in the drawings。

    WOOD FRAME AND BOTTOM PARTS ASSEMBLY

    3. The wooden frame, which is made of solid wood +9 plywood, is stable and good for support. After the wooden frame is assembled, we need to fix the zigzag spring on the bottom of the seat cushion for support. The non-woven fabric is used as the bottom cloth of the seat cushion, and the elastic strap is used to cushion the pressure of the cushion.

    4. Cut the foam according to the shape of the wooden frame, and then glue it to the surface of the wooden frame. In addition, a layer of silk floss needs to be laid on the surface of the foam to increase comfort and softness.

    UPHOLSTERY
